Support Complaint

My post regarding membership level accessibility has been removed even though it was still open. I received 1 reply that was just a re-phrasing of my question and that person closed the matter as being resolved. I re-opened it and now it has disappeared.

What originally was a somewhat annoying answer to my problem has now made me wonder why I wasted several hundred dollars on a premium membership. The first version of the Membership plugin did not work, and I was re-directed to a Beta version. I did not pay for a premium membership to be a Beta tester and then blown off!
