Support Forums

I am still getting used to the new WPMU look. In the past, when I had a question, I used to be able to go directly to the support forum for each theme/plugin directly from the theme/product page on your website. Now it seems, I am directed to this ‘ask a question’ page instead. I was often able to find the answer to what I was looking for without having to post a question. Is there any way you can provide a direct links to the support forums for your themes/plugins as before?, or at least a way to bypass the ‘ask a question’ screen from my dashboard?

Additional, the “manuals” link in my dashboard generates a 404 page: https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/

thank you.

    Good day digital.dimages.

On the page that lists the most recent posts, with the “sticky” for the changes for the new site, the category titles on the right are clickable and take you to the list of posts for that categore. Have you tried that? Or do you mean like for the category “Plugins” that you can see the list via a specific plugin rather than just all plugin posts?

If it doesn’t allow you to see a list by specific plugin, then YES, you are correct, that would be valuable. I, like you, can usually find my answer either via search or by just scanning the recent posts. Plus, scanning the recent posts is helpful sometimes because I can see that others are having the same problem and I don’t feel nearly as dumb – or I realize that there must be something wrong other than what I’m doing if so many others are having problems.

    Your thoughts?

    Hey there, thanks posting today.

You can still navigate to those areas, starting a new topic will currently present you with one form though. You can select the type of post and which plugin or theme it involves from there.
