Support not functioning as before

Hi,

I have a current support ticket open but do not seem to be able to participate anymore. I can open it up from my email updates but there are no buttons allowing me to contribute further – Ari is awaiting a reply!

Trying to access through my MU site dashboard yields no current support activity to click onto.

I have also tried joining a Live Chat session but am blocked as not being a Gold Member (which according to my my dashboard I am).

Help please!
