I might not understand how the Support System is supposed to work, but here's my scenario and desire for use:
1. We don't provide any native WP admin menu or dashboard access for our BuddyPress members. We allow only the BuddyPress menu. You can see this in the screen grab.
2. Because of this, I'm hoping that the Support Ticket and FAQ system is accessible by URLs and by placing standard user menu items on my main menu.
Is this possible or is the Support System really designed for users with at least "some" dashboard access?
