just installed the Support-System and wanted to find out if it can be integrated with an existing email-address. We have setup email@example.com and would like every incoming email to appear in Support-System. Would be nice to use it as a regular Ticket-System :wink:
If this is not possible, which Plugin would you recommend for this? Please don't mention Zenmate, Freshdesk or any other of these paid solutions, I'd rather looking for something free to use.
