OK, So I was testing the support plugin with my multiDB install. But the plugin wasn’t showing any of my test tickets. So, I went searching the DB, and I found my support tickets tables in db_6 not the global db. Ive already fixed the issue, but just thought I would point this out in case this was not a known bug.
** I fixed it by adding the transferring the support ticket tables to my global DB and added them to my db-config file. Was this the correct way to fix the problem?
Also, I had a question. Say I wanted the support features to be on a separate DB from the global or any of the 16 other DBs, obviously I wouldn’t add them to the db-config as “global” tables. But is there a similar tag to produce the same function?
