Testing out the Support System I logged in as a site owner and submitted a ticket. I got an email as the admin and was able to update the ticket, I did not close it. I logged back in as the user and saw the update, added a comment and resubmitted the ticket. It now says "Waiting on Admin to reply". However when I log back in as admin it's no there. I'm told "There aren't any tickets to view at this time." and clicking on Ticket History gets me no more information, shouldn't that bring up past tickets?
I'm concerned that users will have tickets that don't get replies because I don't know they are there.
I'm running the most current version of the plug in.
