[Support System] Email piping for Support System, plus guest tickets

I\'d like to have email piping for Support System, where a member can receive the replies we send, and reply to them, and have them appear in the ticketing system. And ideally, support people would be able to do the same, but that may be rather harder...

And also having people be able to submit support as a anonymous user, so we can capture queries from our contact form directly into the ticket system.
