Support System [Feature Request]


I would like to have this following features for this plugin. I hope it makes the plugin Complete.

1. The Super Admin in a multisite should be able to assign staff members to Tickets and Ticket category. The staff members need not to be a SUPER ADMIN!

2. A Reporting feature, which shows overall or Per user wise and Staff members performance.

The above features will make this plugin more cool! Just my thoughts...

Anyway 1st one is IMPORTANT!
