Support System forces customer login but no link to create account

We installed and configured the Support System plugin. Easy setup, but maybe too easy. There is no option to not force customer login for submitting a support ticket.

And, there is no prompt to setup an account for login

    Hope you are well today!

    By default, the Support System plugin is setup to only allow the opening of tickets to logged in users. This is a measure to prevent spam tickets and would allow your customers to easily login with their account and see their ticket history.

    For the registration issue, please follow these steps to fix this.
    1. Login to WordPress Admin.
    2. Go to Settings > General.
    3. Look for the heading on this page that says "Membership".
    4. Check the box ride beside/below this heading that says "Anyone can register".
    5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

    This should now allow users to register on your site which in result should output a Register link on the login form of the Support System plugin.
