Support System message

It’s possible to add a message after a user submitted a ticket in the front end feature of Support System. Like “Your ticket was sent”. Right now it does not display anything!

    The flowchat is actually, when a ticket is submitted, the user is redirected to the new ticket page. I can see you didn't select pages for front end settings. Please go to Network Admin > Support > Settings > Front End > And select pages from there. Also, make sure you have correct shortcodes in the correct pages.
