[Support System] Move Menu Position

It is really annoying that the Support ticket menu is basically at the bottom of the Admin Menu.
I would like to suggest that the Support Ticket Admin Menu was directly below the WPMU Dashboard, nice and easy to see as soon as you login to the back end and can instantly see what tickets are waiting etc.
Seems like a more logical place to put the menu of something you use a lot.

    Please go to /wp-content/plugins/_incsub-support/admin/class-abstract-menu.php line no 55 and replace

    $this->page_id = add_menu_page(
    			$menu_title,
    			$page_title,
    			$cap,
    			$this->slug,
    			array( $this, 'render_page' ),
    			$icon
    		);

    with

    $this->page_id = add_menu_page(
    			$menu_title,
    			$page_title,
    			$cap,
    			$this->slug,
    			array( $this, 'render_page' ),
    			$icon,
    			4
    		);

    But note that, this changes will be lost when you will update the plugin. So, it's better to note down the changes and apply again when you update it.
