Support System new categories not added to ticket creation list

In the Support System, if new categories are added after the initial setup, the new category is not available to be selected in the "Add Ticket" window.

The new categories are getting properly added to the wp_support_faq_cats table, but are not being added to the wp_support_tickets_cats table.

    Greetings Ken,

    This is simply because categories were not created in the support ticket section, I shall explain.

    The FAQ section and the Support Ticket sections are completely independent sections and each have their own categories or can be duplicated if desired.

    Support system categories --> logged into the Network Admin Dashboard go to Support --> Ticket Categories --> Add New Category

    Alternatively for the FAQ categories --> logged into the Network Admin Dashboard go to Support --> FAQ Stats/Info Manage --> FAQ Categories
