Support System plugin

I have the support system plugin installed on a couple of my sites and I find it very useful. However, my clients complain that they do not want to have to scroll through the left have menu to locate the Support link when they could just as easily send me a standard email instead. Naturally I would prefer they use the Support System so I can keep their support request organized and in one location.

Is there a way to pin or embed the support system directly into the WordPress dashboard by support contact form or a link, so the support system is clearly visible as soon as they login?
