Ok I have newly installed support system plugin.
WP Multisite version 3.9.1
Support plugin Version 22.214.171.124
So my first ticket the user uploads an attachment
Where is the attachment? when I open ticket there is no link or anything to do with attachments.
I log in as an user and create a ticket with attachment
View as admin with same results... am I blind or is the attachment hidden in a top secret location?
