[Support System] Problem with support ticket permissions

I am trying to set up a front-end support ticket system. I have the support ticket pages protected by Membership 2 and the Support System set to allow subscriber, author, contributor, and editor to open/see tickets.

I logged in as a subscriber with the appropriate membership level to try to test the system and on both the page for opening a ticket as well as on the page for viewing tickets I get error messages saying that I don't have enough permissions.

I tried setting the user account I was testing with to Author and to Editor as well and got the same errors. The only level that is currently successfully able to open or view tickets is Admin.

I need subscribers to be able to open tickets and to view their own tickets.

Please help!
