Support System: The reply message cannot be empty / Please, insert a message for the ticket


I've just set up the Support Ticket plugin. Any time I try to enter a new ticket or a reply to an existing ticket, it says that the message is empty, even though I typed something.

What's wrong?

Please note that this is a staging copy of my site.

    Hi @Michelle,

    I hope had been good today!

    This issue is caused by a conflict with WP deferred javaScript plugin.

    You already use another plugin (BJ Lazy Load) I think that does the same thing, defer the loading of javascript files.
