Hello support team,
I'm getting closer to having my site ready for launch and still unable to log into eNom through this plugin. I'm able to log into the eNom website and when using the same credentials I keep getting a message that says "Wrong username or password".
I'm on a shared hosting plan and planning on purchasing a dedicated IP before I'm ready to launch. Hope this isn't the problem.
I've had my IP address whitelisted by eNom, but still no go.
By the way I also created a 2nd test site under a different subdirectory with ONLY this plugin installed. Still receive the same trouble, I'm sure it's not a conflict with another plugin.
I've contacted eNom support but still no success.
Just not sure where to problem is, how would I troubleshoot this?
Any idea on how to resolve this?
