Support Ticket FAQ integration

Is there a way to have the support ticket check the FAQ before a ticket is created ??

    Hello Tommy, I hope you are doing well today!

    As I understand, when user click on submit ticket, he will be redirected to the FAQ page, right? You can create a Call to Sction Button, or a link, with title "Submit new Ticket" and redirect it to a FAQ page.

    And If the user will not find an answer is looking for, you can place in the bottom/top/sidebar of FAQ page another Call to Action Button and redirect it to Submit ticket page:

    "If you didn't find what you are looking for, create a new ticket here"
