Support Ticket Plugin Settings

I've been trying to use the Support System plugin, however it doesn't seem to send email notifications of when tickets are created, is there a setting to choose where they are sent?

Also when I reply to a ticket within the site, the user received it in email form also, but when they reply to the email it is sent directly to that email, and isn't integrated into the ticket at all.

This leaves conversations sporadic and separated. Is there a way for it to be all sent through the ticketing system?
