Support tickets display on the frontend page


I have been using [support-system-tickets-index]

to put the support tickets on the front end of the site. Unfortunately the page displays every ticket across multiple pages whether open, closed or in another state.
In the admin view they are nicely grouped into all, open, closed etc.

Is there a way to get them to display in this way on the fronted pages.

    I'm afraid it would require quite a lot of custom changes to the plugin to achieve this, you could make use of the templates in incsub-support/inc/templates/index-tickets.php to get the desired output. I'll ping the developer to check whether there is a workaround to this. Please do note developers work round the clock, and it may take a while to get a response. Either myself or the developer will update regarding this.
