Support tickets not displaying on sub-domains on front end

I have the support system plugin activated on my multi-site. It displays on the front end on the main site but not any of the sub-domains. It does show on the backend but I do not want to grant access to users. I have tried to deactivate the multisite and use on a site by site basis but it says "network activate only". Is this the way it is supposed to work? Here is an example I will grant access to WPMU for support in case you need to take a look.

    I hope you are having a nice day so far!

    If you have a look at WP Admin > Network > Support > Settings > Front End => Blog ID, you will notice the following message:

    Support System allows to display tickets in the front in one of your sites...

    This means that the plugin will only display on one site and in your case that is the main site, based on the ID you entered in the Blog ID field.

    One option you have is to direct all subdomain support links to one support page of the main site.
