I have the support system plugin activated on my multi-site. It displays on the front end on the main site but not any of the sub-domains. It does show on the backend but I do not want to grant access to users. I have tried to deactivate the multisite and use on a site by site basis but it says "network activate only". Is this the way it is supposed to work? Here is an example http://popefrancis.icanapply.com/support-2/. I will grant access to WPMU for support in case you need to take a look.
