supporter plugin and multi-db error : wp_supporters' doesn't exist

I have updated my single db to 256 which went ok (after I remembered to change the db access details in wp-config after deleting the big fat old db!)

I had to remove muTags and another script that used join queries from mu-plugins but everything else seems to work ok. creating a blog is fine and all the sites are still up.

problem is, I'm seeing these kind of errors in my error log..

did I miss a step? my blog db is in wp-config as comluv_global .
all the other db's are comluv_00 comluv_01 etc

I am using an include on supporter-framework.php on a custom footer banner so i can use is_supporter function which I thought might be the cause but I commented out that bit and I'm still seeing the 'doesn't exist' errors.

in my db-config.php under the global tables I have
//------------------------------------------------------------------------//
//---Global Tables--------------------------------------------------------//
//------------------------------------------------------------------------//
// Do not include default global tables
// Leave off base prefix (eg: wp_)
//
// Usage: add_global_table(TABLE_NAME)
// EX: add_global_table('something');
add_global_table('comluv_');

//------------------------------------------------------------------------//
//---DB Servers-----------------------------------------------------------//
//------------------------------------------------------------------------//
// Database servers grouped by dataset.
// R can be 0 (no reads) or a positive integer indicating the order
// in which to attempt communication (all locals, then all remotes)
//
// Usage: add_db_server(DS, DC, READ, WRITE, HOST, LAN_HOST, NAME, USER, PASS)
// EX: add_db_server('global', 'dc1', 1, 1,'global.mysql.example.com:3509','global.mysql.example.lan:3509', 'global-db', 'globaluser', 'globalpassword');
//
// Note: you can also place this section in a file called db-list.php in wp-content
// EX: add_db_server('global', 'dc1', 1, 1,'global.mysql.example.com:3509','global.mysql.example.lan:3509', 'global-db', 'globaluser', 'globalpassword');
add_db_server('global', 'dc1', 1, 1,'localhost','localhost', 'comluv_global', 'uname', '********');
add_db_server('00', 'dc1', 1, 1,'localhost','localhost', 'comluv_00', 'uname', '********');
etc....

in global tables, should that be

add_global_table('comluv_global'); ?

what else could I check?
