SupportPress Theme & Membership Plugin

I have the SupportPress theme and I want to make it so that only logged in members can view the knowledgebase. Woo reviews to help citing they don't provide support for third party plugins, but the knowledgebase is not Pages or Posts or Categories on any other such thing that registers with Membership's rules.

    Hey mmedia.

I presume within the theme different roles have different access right?

Well in Membership you can set Roles to Access Levels, you could also use our URL Groups and regex but thats a real advanced feature for most.

I wonder how the user roles plugin would work with your theme:

Might help i creating restrictions per role and then use the Membership to charge what you wish to be in that role.

Let us know how you get on.

    Take care.

    Hiya mmedia,

Well, we don't support 3rd party themes! Nah, just kidding

If you want to block access on the front-end rather than admin, you'll need to use URL Groups along with a little regex magic. You can read about how to do this exactly via the manual which can be downloaded here:

Hope that helps, but let us know if you need anything further.

    Hiya mmedia

Just checking if this issue was eventually resolved in another thread? Or by yourself separately to us? Or by us over email with you? Or using our live support?

If so, no need to reply, that's great news.

If not, or you have any more questions related to this thread, please feel free to post them below including any new symptoms or errors and tick the 'Mark as Not Resolved (re-open)' box below the post area (or else we'll miss it!)

Otherwise, happy days, glad you got it sorted
