Switching from Monthly to Annually Subscription Issue

We are facing the issue with our multisite network when a user switches from Monthly to Annually subscription or try to update Credit Card from checkout page. Nothing happened in both cases, the loader is working and request goes to server but nothing happened. Can you please suggest?

    Sorry to hear about the issues, sounds like the question is more specific to changing the levels in Pro Sites, right?

    It seems like you are using a Live Gateway, could you please check whether any payments got made in the Stripe side when they try to switch to annually?

    Are the Pro Site levels same, and it's just switched from Monthly to Annual? Or the switch is to different Pro Site Levels too? Please point out the levels too.

    Could I also know on which subsite you are noticing the issue, so that this could be looked upon closely in the Pro Sites Management page too?
