[Terms of Service] Specify Terms document as URL

Copy/pasting the Terms of Service document into a form means that you now have a separate copy from the one on a page on your site. It would be very easy to update one, but forget to update the other. It would be better to enter the URL of your Terms page, so there is only one version.

    Hi drew_mathers

    I hope you’re having a nice day!

As of now, you can put the text there but it can be easily linked to any page as a regular WP editor is working there. You can, for example, put a clickable link there instead of ToS text so I believe that could be a workaround.

I’m wondering, though, whether it would be good to replace the content field with an URL field as, I believe, there might be cases where this is actually more useful in a current form. Maybe it would be better to just add an URL filed in addition to a current text field so you could fill in one of them or both and the “empty one” just wouldn’t be displayed?

What do you think about that?

    Best regards,

    Adam
