The Layout of WHMCS with Nelo is not correct

Hi,

Could you help with the layout of WHMCS using the WHMCS WP Integration Plugin with the Nelo Theme, as the Icons on the Portal Home Page are not aligned correctly.

Also, when viewing Invoices, they do not respect the page width and shoot over the right hand menu and beyond.

I have also noticed that all links are encoded and therefore the links to login directly to cPanel or Webmail, for example, do not work. This is the case for hosting packages and their respective URLs as well.

You can see the installation at http://www.technoowl.net/billing

Many thanks in advance!

Regards,

Chrystopher

    Greetings Chrystopher,

Sorry to see that you are having integration issues with the WHMCS WP Integration plugin and Nelo.

You have discussed many issues within this ticket that may indeed require multiple lead developer input and it would have been in your best interest to have separated these issues.

However, we will try to deal with them the best we can here in this ticket as-is.

I visited your site and do not see any icons (screen shot below)?

    Please advise.

    Cheers, Joe

The icons are there but the image urls are wrong. For example the url for Client Area is showing as

    https://www.client-area.eu/billing/templates/portal/images/clientarea.png

The URLS to the actual pages are http: not https: The browser reports “contents blocke for security certificate errors” If I go directly to the image url I get a security certificate error and have to make an exception to actually see the image.

Also if you use https: you must use it on both the WHMCS integration settings Remote Host setting and for the home URL settings on WHMCS General > Settings.you can’t mix http: and https:

    Hi Joe and Arnold,

Apologies, the SSL Certificate has expired, so I will arrange for a new one, in the meantime, I have updated WP and WHMCS not to use https.

Could you possibly have another look for me please as the icons should now be displaying but not aligned correctly.

I have tried this is Chrome and Safari.

    Thank you Arnold,

This has worked great for the Icons on the Portal Page.

Much appreciated, especially the speed of your replies

I still have the URL encoding issue though, that all external URLs are being encoded as if they are pulling the data from the WHMCS Installation.

For example, the domain associated with an account, the domains under the domain name section, the cPanel and Webmail login buttons, etc.

    Hi Arnold,

That’s great, thank you for your prompt fix, all of the URLs that weren’t working appear to be resolved now, really appreciated

The only outstanding issues now are the Invoices spreading right across the page and the login details box of a hosting package along with the 4 buttons at the bottom of the same page.

    Hi Arnold,

I was just about to create you an invoice for testing purposes, but I see that you have already done one.

Hopefully you can see what I mean when you view the invoice.

Also, if you click on My Services, then on the edit button on the right, when it displays the hosting account details, you will see how the login details and the 4 buttons over hang the page in to the sidebar.

OK if you look at the invoice on the WHMCS site it’s about 710px wide. The #container on your chossen theme is set for 90px leaving only about 180px for a sidebar. Your theme side bar is set for 300px so it’s taking to much space. Note also that the WHMCS invoice doesn’t even have a sidebar.

You’ll need to adjust the CSS for your theme to get them to fit the way you want. This is getting beyond the scope of what we do in support because it’s custom optimization of a theme. You can probably find someone in

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/wpmu-jobs/

If your not familiar Firefox has an addon called Firebug which lets you inspect the html and CSS on a pagr and play weith the settings to see what you need to change.
