The pictures of "Pretty Plugin" are withdrawing.

I add an image. I save it. And a few minutes later there are no picture.

    Hey David,

    Hope you’re doing well today :slight_smile:

    I’ve tested this on my installation but I was unable to replicate this behaviour, can you tell me if you did any additional actions in the time that the images disappear?

    Would you mind allowing support access so we can have a closer look at this?

    To enable support access you can follow this guide here:

    Hi David,

    Thanks for granting access, I had a look at your site and can see the issue but there’s nothing in console or network tab that would tell us why it’s happening.

    Can you enable debug log in your wp-config.php by replacing define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); with this code:

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);

    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
    @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

    Assign image to one of the plugins and refresh the page, hopefully this will create debug.log file in your wp-content folder that could tell us what is going on.

    Can you please save it as .txt file and attach it here so we can check it out.

    Best regards,

    Hello David!

    The console log content doesn’t suggest any issues, even though I was able to replicate it on your site.

    Since both me and my colleague we were not able to replicate that on our test sites, I would say that’s specific to your setup and performing a full theme/plugin conflict test would be an essential step here. To conduct it please follow the steps from the flowchart in this article (you may need to scroll the page down a bit):

    Let me know about results of the test, please.

    Best regards,
