the plugin doesn't do what it offers in your site

Turn any WordPress site into a fully functional, easy to use, wiki. You can even create multiple wikis on one site.

thats what your site says, but I just purchased the plugin and doesn't do that, I need to add "wiki capabilities" to my existing posts, I dont want to create subsections or wikis as you call it.

is that possible or I need a refund?

    Hi there @Óscar

Welcome to the forums, glad to have you aboard!

I believe there is a bit of confusion about what the Wiki plugin can do. You are correct in that it cannot add wiki functionality to existing posts.

The reason for that is because the plugin creates and uses a custom post-type for the wikis. You can see an example of what a basic wiki looks like to site visitors here:

It sounds like what you are looking for is a complete front-end posting & editing solution for your existing content, like this one perhaps?

As for your refund request, we ask that all account questions be directed to our accounts team via email rather than in the forums... just in case sensitive information needs to be shared, as we don't want that in a publicly accessible & search engine indexed forum.

Please use the contact form on the following link, and be sure to select "I have a billing question" from the options. I'm sure the team will be able to work something out for you.
