The plugin keeps failing while trying to run

The plugin keeps failing while trying to run the performance test. I keep getting the following error:

The performance test didn't return any results. This probably means you're on a local website (which we can't scan) or something went wrong trying to access WPMU DEV. Try again and if this error continues to appear please open a ticket with our support heroes.

Any ideas?

    Hope you are doing good today. :slight_smile:

    The error seems odd in your live site, could you please try performing the test within your WPMU DEVs hub, please go to your hub: https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/my-websites/

    And click the performance tab of your site, and check whether you are getting this same error, when running the test. This could be temporary glitch while the plugin is trying to communicate with your host.

    If you still have issues, please enable support access so that we could give a closer look. You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access or see this manual.
