The support menus are not showing on user dashboards

My multisite usingessentialoils.com has the support system (for 4 years now). We also use admin Menu Pro to limit access to menus but we have always activated the Support system menus. For whatever reason, the support menus are not showing on user dashboards. Our users are authors or editors. In the support settings these user roles are specified. I have activated access.

    I just tested on two test multisite installations I have and the admin menus appear fine. It is possible that there is conflict with some other plugin or even theme.

    You can do a quick conflict test by deactivating other plugins to see if the issue still exists. I’m not aware of the “admin Menu Pro” plugin you metnion, but I would suggest to start from that.

    I see that you have granted support access to your site , so if you want I could run that test for you with your permission.
