The WHMCS Portal sort of displays but none of the links work

The remote whmcs host is

The default WP content page is

A Client Portal list of headings displays on the WP whmcs page (all the icons are missing however). Clicking on any of the links just goes nowhere and takes you back to the home page.

The links are trying to go to etc

There is no such directory in my Wordpress site on - shouldnt the links be pulling data from the whmcs remote site?

I looked in the forums but I can't find anything about why this is not working at all.

    Hi Michael,

Welcome to the WPMU Dev community and thank you for your questions.

Make sure you have configured the plugin settings correctly as described on the following page.

I can see it's working fine on the following page. Also please note It seems that you are using a default permalink. you need to turn on pretty Permalinks. Default won't work in most cases. Use at least %postname% . Change it from the path Admin -> Settings -> Permalink Settings

Could you please share me the screenshot of your WHMCS WP Integration settings or Would you mind if I logged in to your site and did some testing? This might help get to the bottom of this faster. If this is ok, just grant me temporary admin access to your site by clicking "Grant Access" button in the WPMU DEV Dashboard Settings as described on the following page and reply on this thread after granting it?

    Kind Regards,
    Vinod Dalvi

maybe the fix for the icons will fix all the other problems. The captcha field is not showing on the Domain Search tool and the layout of the pages is all over the place. When placing an order it is also not using https like it would running directly to the whmcs site. IS there some comprehensive documentation on sorting out these issues Vinod? Customers HAVE to run a https connection to order and be able to see the order form layout EXACTLY as it shows on the whmcs page.

    Hi Michael,

There was a problem enabling support staff access. Please check that you have Admin permissions and that this site is enabled in the API.

Make sure you have logged in as root admin account (the very first account created on the blog)

According to your subscription you can grant support staff access only one site at a time using WPMU DEV Dashboard so log out from any other sites where you are using it by clicking on the WPMU DEV API Ke "Edit" link on the following path.

Admin Area -> WPMU DEV -> Manage

I changed the Permalink setting and it seems the menus are now loading the remote data however there are still no icons loading for the menus.

Awesome great to see the menus are now loading the remote data after changing permalink settings.

maybe the fix for the icons will fix all the other problems. The captcha field is not showing on the Domain Search tool

I can see the captcha field is showing on the Domain Search tool as displayed in the attached screenshot.

Could you please share me the page link where you are missing the icons so that i can troubleshoot it?

IS there some comprehensive documentation on sorting out these issues Vinod?

We don't have have documentation for the issues but have following usage documentation of WHMCS WP Integration plugin which if follows clearly will resolve most of the issues.

Hi Vinod, I think you will need to look directly at my Wordpress site. I cant even reinstall the plugin now. The WPMUDev dashboard says "one click installations not allowed".

If I look at the Plugins area of the dashboard it doesn’t even show the WHMCS Integrations plugin as being available anymore. If I try to install it through the website it shows this:

Install WHMCS WP Integration on Install » Version Installed

So it seems to think it is installed even though it is not installed. The Wordpress Plugins list does NOT show the plugin as I uninstalled it a few days ago.

I really don't have this time to keep trying to get this plugin to work so if you can look directly at my Wordpress maybe you can figure it out.

If you need a WP login let me know otherwise perhaps just arrange a refund for me.

Your screenshot of the Domain Check looks to me like the native WHMCS page itself. You won't be able to see the broken WHMCS Integration plugin page containing the domain search as I removed the plugin several days ago. And I can't reinstall it now so it won't be possible to test that page again at the moment.
