Theme causing problems

Hi

I have a site http://www.anger-management.co.il

Wpmudev dashboard is installed there

I cannot reach the theme author.

There are many problems in the site. which lead to pages displaying blank screen

also this link for instance doesnt work

When i change to 2015 theme all seems ok

Have tried disabling plugins. Didnt help.

Since I am unable to contact the theme author I kindly request you guys at WPMUDEV to assist as to what is causing this issue.

My client is really stresssed out.

    For troubleshooting this issue, we need debug data. That will give us valuable insight regarding this issue.

    Can you please turn on debug mode in WordPress? To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    In order to enable the error logging to a file on the server you need to add yet one more similar line:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    In this case the errors will be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/directory.

    Depending on whether you want your errors to be only logged or also displayed on the screen you should also have this line there, immediately after the line mentioned above:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    The wp-config.php is located in your WordPress root directory. It’s the same file where the database configuration settings are. You will have to access it by FTP or SFTP in order to edit it.

    Past errors here. If the file is very long, paste them to a text file and attach with your reply.

    After seeing the errors in the debug data, I believe, we will be able to tell you why that page is showing a blank white page.

    Moreover, would you mind allowing Support Access so we can have a closer look at this?

    I have made the changes you requested in the wp-config.php file

    i cannot seem to find the debug.log file in the directory you mentioned but have tried a few actions and got the same error :

    i have checked the file webguy_theme_settings.php:621 and it ends on line 619. Would be glad If you can explain a bit about the solution so as I can be slightly more educated.
    Also I am curious as to why the debug.log file was not created ?

    I've tried to access your site via support access, unfortunately, it looks like the access is expired.

    Would you please re-grant from WMU DEV > Support? If the access still looks like granted, please revoke it and grant it again.

    This warning "Cannot modify header information" usually means that there is unexpected space or a new line added in /wp-content/themes/wg_501_business/admin/webguy_theme_settings.php file. Would you please check if this is a case.
