theme desktop and theme mobile

hello I want to know if it is possible

how to redirect users using a mobile to an other theme.

Not the creation of a responsive theme but to create two themes

one for a desktop and

one for mobile

and redirect the user depending on the device

thank you ashok i use wp touch it s very good

but i want the function to build my theme wordpress mobile:

for exemple: my web site is :

http://www.ikomot.com

i want in the mobile verison to be :

http://m.ikomor.com

to create an another webesite for mobile .

and i want the function to redirect in (http://m.ikomor.com) if the visitor use a mobile.

i search in google but i haven note a good tuto.

But where I have to insert this code in the ‘s homepage or “function.php”

has there a code to redirect to a php page as “mobile.php” a php mobile page and his own special css.
