there I am trying

Hi there
I am trying to import a back up I have made of the dev version of the site https://heatherhouse-build.thewebsiteshop.ie to the new live version https://heatherhouse.ie but I'm receiving an error.

local import file not found public_html/heatherhouse.ie/wp-content/uploads/snapshots/_backup/snapshot-heather-1528731016-180611-153016-f3415d41.zip. This could mean either the entered path was not valid or accessible.

We have created a back up on the dev site & then uploaded it to the snapshot folder on the live site.
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong could you please advise

Thanks in advace

    Hi Shop

Sorry to hear that you are having this problem, wouldn't you mind please to enable support access the both access.

    1. Log in to the WordPress Admin Panel for your site (go to the Network Admin dashboard if on Multisite), and then navigate to the “Support” page from the WPMU DEV menu item (WPMU DEV > Support).

    2. Click the “Grant Support Access” button in the Support Access panel.

You can read more about this on this link: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

However you can send me the FTP information the both sites as well.

Note: Don't leave your login details in this ticket.

Instead, you can send us your details using our contact form https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question:
    Subject: "Attn: Patrick Freitas"
    - Site login URL
    - WordPress admin username
    - WordPress admin password
    - FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    - cPanel credentials (host/username/password)
    - Folder path to site in question
    - Link back to this thread for reference
    - Any other relevant urls/info

Please, let me know when you send the information and I'll have a closer look on the backup
    Have a great day,

    Hi Shop

How are you today? Sorry to late reply.

I had a closer look on the problem, when you try to import a file where is on sub directory _backup you don't need to inform that directory, you will use the default directory and press the import bottom, it will find automatic the contents on sub-folders for example _backup.

I made a test creating a new backup folder without the "_" when I informed that new folder I had no problem also, so you can create your own folders and move the backup to there.

However I didn't restore the backup but you can find it on SnapShot > SnapShots

    Have a Great Day,
    Best Regards,
    Patrick Freitas
