there! I installed Ultimate Branding in a test server

Hi there!

I installed Ultimate Branding in a test server (WP3.8.1) and I just had to manually upgrade the plugin (my subscription level cover only 1 network).

After upgrade the plugin WP continues to ask me to upgrade the plugin.
"You have version 1.6 installed. Update to 1.6". It's look very strange.

Here what I done step by step
1 - I disabled the plugin
2 - delete the plugin folder
3 - upload the new plugin folder
4 - activate the plugin

How can I fix the problem?

    Sorry to hear of the problems you are having.

    It's very specific and strange issue, would you mind if I logged in to your site and did some testing? This might help get to the bottom of this faster. If this is ok, just grant me temporary admin access to your site by clicking "Grant Access" button in the WPMU DEV Dashboard Settings from the following path and reply on this thread after granting it?

    Admin -> WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access Tab

    Hi Vinod, thats a good idea, but I can enable my WPMUDEV support.
    I just install wpmedev dashboard plugin but I told you before my WPMUDEV support subscription is connected with other network and Grant access button is disable.

    This is a error message:

    This site is not enabled for support. You may change which sites are enabled or upgrade to a higher membership level here


    I can send you a edmin user param by email..

    I hope to upgrade my subscription in the future...

    - Send an email using our secure contact form on
    - Select "I have a different question" from the dropdown
    - On the subject enter "Attn: Vinod Dalvi".

    Now into my update section my plugins are all up to date.
