This is the "support" for a paid product?

I am now - only just now - just realizing there is no support directly as a ticket for specific issues and provided by WPMUDEV. This is considered tech support service for an "elite" subscriber?

Basically "support" is a an open forum?

Even open source software offers better support.

And the so-called "Live Support" is only available during specific - and very limited hours? I am really unhappy about this. I thought I was buying into a profesional support system.

It is ridiculous that i must post to a forum and then wait and wait and wait for a volunteer to (maybe) respond.
