This was already supposed to be addressed,
I use AWS multisite with an local install update workflow due to the AWS enviornment being read only for the APP layer (wordpress portion). Somehow, you or your system set me back to not being able to update the plugins which I've already PAID for unlimited access to for a year UPFRONT. I'm really upset about this. I login to find my local install disabled from WPMU side and even when I re-enabled it I STILL can't update on my local install. I am furious, and this needs to be fixed. Stop doing this, whatever it is you are doing or your system is doing.
