Ticket Closed by Support Without Resolution

I submitted a ticket on May 26, 2017 https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/formatting-global-site-search-widget , and have been patiently waiting for an email to update me on its status.

Since it has now been 5 days without hearing from anyone I decided to check on the ticket itself, and I see that it has been closed by support without resolution.

It appears that someone may have done something because it’s better than it was, but there is still too much padding top and bottom of the Global Site Search (Site Search – Articles or Events). I would like it to look like the widget below (Search The Bible by Word Or Phrase).

Could someone please help with the formatting, and allow ME to close the ticket AFTER it looks the way I would like it to look.
