Timeout error message

I tried to use this plugin today whilst bug fixing one of my sites, http://www.greenwichmums.com

Taking the snapshot went well, unfortunately on trying to restore I got the following error

Maximum execution time exceeded in........(see attached screenshot).

Any ideas? I am running the latest version.

    Hey James.

    This is a php error. The larger the database the longer it will take to backup it up.

    So you would need to extend your PHPs execution time. If you are not sure how to do this then you would need to ask your host.

    In htaccess:

    php_value max_execution_time 360

    max_execution_time = 360

    Let us know how you get on.

    Take care.

    If this triggers an internal server error can you please check your error logs and let me know what is output there?

    If you are not sure how to get those error logs then please ask your hosting provider as they will know the set up best.

    Which method did you use? Php.ini?

    You might need to ask your host to extend the execution time for you if it proves problematic.

    Take care.
