Trial members & members who deactivated their subscription can't reactivate

We've had complaints from 5 members now who get stuck in a loop when they try to reactivate or buy a membership when either their free 7 day trial has ran out or on some members who wanted to reactivate after deactivating their membership in the past.

When they try to buy a membership they all get redirected to a thank you page (screenshot attached) rather than paypal to buy a membership.

I just deleted the members the first 2 times and had them re-sign up. Then we had to get rid of the free 7 day trial because this was becoming common. It is still happening with the latest member to email us with the complaint being: melissa short.
