trouble creating backup

i dont know whats wrong with my wordpress site file system but am having trouble backing it up with snapshot pro and will like you to have a look.

    I just inspected your website after you kindly granted support access to us and noticed that all of the snapshots you've created are having a backup interval set to "save only" so I wonder if you actually run any of those. :thinking: Please advise!

    You can do so in you go to All Snapshots list, hover over one snapshot and click on the "run now" link as shown below:

    If you haven't run any snapshot procedure yet, please do so as instructed above and let me know how that goes!

    If you still find troubles with this or in case you're getting any error messages, please activate WP_DEBUG to get any relevant information. Simply access your server via FTP, edit the wp-config.php file, find a line like
    define('WP_DEBUG', false);and replace it with the following (if the above line doesn’t exist, simply insert next snippet just above the /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ comment)

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
    @ini_set('display_errors', 0);

    Then go ahead and try to replicate the error by running a snapshot and by doing so, a /wp-content/debug.log file should be created. Simply download it, rename it to debug.txt and attach it here in your next reply. If file size exceeds the 5MB limit of our forums, please use a service like Dropbox and post the shareable link instead.

    Hi bisilovemoney,

    Your log file has couple of errors regarding Point theme so could you try running the backup process while default WP theme is active?

    Also, I see that you're using W3TC plugin which has some aggressive caching and when I try to clears its cache it goes to 404 page.
    Can you try completely disabling W3TC and see if that had any impacts on Snapshot.
