Sorry if this isn't related closely enough to WordPress but I'm "grasping for straws". I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my main workstation involving what appears to be a caching issue. When I edit my WordPress sites I frequently can't see changes I made for quite some time, maybe even days. I've tried flushing my DNS many times and always receive the "successfully flushed the DNS resolver" message but when looking at the site the old version is still there. When I view the changes on my laptop they are there instantly. Also issues with making DNS changes to my domains. The workstation seems to retain the old DNS info for days after my laptop is showing and using the new DNS. Both machines are running Window 8.1 and best I can tell the browsers on both are configured identically.
Anybody have a suggestion for how to remedy this?
