Trouble with Hummingbird after site migration

Hi there... I signed up for WPMU Dev services a few days ago, and after running tests and setting up Hummingbird decided to upgrade my hosting to an SSD based server. After the host performed the migration, I started getting all kinds of errors with Hummingbird. The site is I assume it has something to do with the IP address which changed. How can I fix this (quickly)? I've attached a screenshot of the errors I'm seeing. I've had to disable Hummingbird for the time being so the site can continue to function without causing my client trouble.
