Trouble with loading white-label videos

We are using your white-label videos on a course site, and before this semester we were able to view them. However, in the last few weeks, they're not loading properly on the page where they are embedded on all browsers. On Safari, they seem to work fine. However, in Chrome (45.0.2454.85), some of the videos load and some don't. We do have a lot of videos on the page, and after loading the first few, the rest just have a spinner (and the pages spins and spins). If I stop loading the page, I get the following error in the Javascript console in Chrome (for each video that doesn't load):
VIDEOJS: ERROR: (CODE:4 MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED) The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. t.Dcode: 4message: "The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."__proto__: t.DD @ video.js:3
video.js:3 VIDEOJS: ERROR: (CODE:4 MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED) The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. t.DD @ video.js:3

Is it possible we have too many on one page? Is there a limit to how many we can embed?
