trying to fix issues found in wp checkup report

Hi,
I have support access turned on for miraclemusic4kids.org. I have ran a wp checkup and the report is at the link below. I have hummingbird running already and all optimizations are n but still getting a low score:

    Hope you're doing well!

    First suggested improvement is not Optimize images. Please go to WP Smush Pro settings and enable the following options:
    - Super-smush my images
    - Resize my full size images
    - Smush my original full-size images

    Under Resize my full size images please add suggested max-width and height Which on your site are should be set at 1154px wide × 9999px high.

    Optionally enable Make a copy of my full size images to keep a backup of original images, this way the images can be restored back. Please see the screenshot below:

    The second improvement is to enable GZIP compression. Please go to Hummingbird > GZIP Compression and click on Apply Rules button
