Trying to give support access

Hi,

I am trying to give support access to my WordPress backend because none of your plugins are speeding up my site, but the WPMU Dev is no longer showing up in my WP backend where apparently I need to go to give you access. Please help. Thanks!

    I would love to take a closer look into your issue, but before that please try deactivate WPMU DEV Dashboard and reactivate it again. Then see if you can grant a support access for our staff to check your site backend. If this method still not working, please provide me the FTP or cPanel login details so I can investigate this further:
