Ultimate Facebook doesn't work

Hi, i bought the ultimate facebook plugin but it doesn't work. I checked my facebook app and id (and secret id) but it says "Please, enter correct Facebook API settings".

Can you help me please?

    Greetings Xander,

    Sorry to see that you are having an issue with your WordPress installation and the Ultimate Facebook plugin.

    The last time I heard of an issue like this it took weeks to resolve and we found it was indeed the host causing the issue.

    However, that very well may not be the case here and I can assure you this is our second most used plugin and it is certainly not a plugin issue.

    With that said lets dig in and see what we are working with.

    WordPress 3.5.1?
    MultiSite or Solo?
    Buddy Press 1.7?
    Which is the theme name?
    Host?
    Security plugins?

    Please advise.
