ultimate facebook plugin auto publish users post to users facebook page

Hi, Email support told me Ultimate Facebook would allow that my users post would be auto published to their facebook page ( the users facebook) when the users creates it ( a custom post)

need some help as this doesn't seem to be possible/working...
