Unable to access a new site in a Multisite Install - receive 500 error

I have a Multi-site install set up with Wordpress 3.1.1; my main site is working just fine. At this point I am using the BP Default theme on it and have only activated bbpress and buddypress. I want to set up another blog (site) to test activations of plugins before doing so on my main site. I have set up a site named "Testing". It shows in my list of sites and I can access the "Edit" feature on it. I enabled the twentyten theme as the Buddypress default theme wasn't listed. The problem comes when I try to access the site. If I want to go to the dashboard I get a 500 Internal Server Error
and if I try to visit the site I just get a page that shows my host (BlueHost).

I have looked at the error log and it says:
WordPress database error Table 'isisath1_wrd1.wp_1_posts' doesn't exist for query SELECT ID, post_title
FROM wp_1_posts WHERE post_status = 'publish'
AND ID > 0
AND post_type = 'post'
ORDER BY id DESC LIMIT 0,1 made by require, require_once, include, locate_template, load_template, require_once, multisite_recent_posts

Indeed there is no wp_1_posts file in my database.
So, what do I do? Any help is appreciated! I don't know how to add that file to the database table and I don't know if that is even what I need to do?

Thanks again!

    Hi Isis,

Just checking, is there a particular reason you're using version 3.1.1 rather than the latest version of WordPress? And are you also using the latest versions of BuddyPress and bbPress?

Have you tried creating a site with those plugins deactivated?

    Hi David,

I'm sorry...I mistyped - I am using the latest version of Wordpress - 3.3.1 I am using the latest version of bbpress but I have not upgraded to the most recent Buddypress. I have not upgraded Buddypress because of the many plugin issues that seem to be unresolved at this point, see: http://codex.buddypress.org/releases/1-5-plugin-compatibility/ so I am using 1.5.2

I will go deactivate those plugins and see what happens - will report back.

I deactivated every plugin across the board via my Network Admin Dashboard as well as on my main site dashboard. I enabled the twentyten theme for my main site (for some reason twentyeleven is not showing as an option for that site) and again, all is good. I went into the Network Admin Dashboard -> Sites -> all sites and can see the two new sites I've set up, I can play around with them on the Edit screen, but if I try to visit the Dashboard for either of those sites I get the Internal Server Error and if I try to just go to the site (I've enabled twentyeleven on them) all I get is a BlueHost page. I sure would appreciate any help you can suggest!
